Media Development Foundation’s new online game ‘Hate or Tolerate’ was presented at a media literacy workshop during Mozilla Fest.

The aim of the game is to identify whether a player is tolerant or not. The game helps develop the skills for creating information independently, finding sources, verifying information and separating facts from opinions. It also helps develop sensitivity for covering minority issues. Player with the best results will turn into an angel, while the player with the worst results will burst out in anger in the end. Everyone has an opportunity to view the final piece of work and analyze mistakes.

Experts from Deutsche Welle’s Media and Information Literacy Network (MILEN) participated in the seminar, aimed at sharing experience with different countries of the world.
